1st
Visit our showroom
Come visit our showroom at 380 Simcoe St S. Oshawa. Here you'll have a chance to meet with a designer, walk through full size kitchen displays, see products and get some great ideas.
2nd
Express your vision
Once here, the designer will want to learn more about your needs and how you use your space. You'll set a realistic budget that you are comfortable with and make tentative doors style selections.
3rd
Home measure
The designer will schedule a meeting at your home to take site measurements. It is important we have a comprehensive "Wish List" of the features you want to be included in your space.
4th
Design Presentation
After your designer has completed the designs you will be invited back into our showroom to see the 3D renderings of what could be your new space with The Kitchen Place!
5th
Sign-up
We will provide you with a written contract that details what work will be done by us, and the products and materials you will receive. The contract even includes a "hold back", you don't pay fully until you are fully satisfied. There are no surprises when you work with The Kitchen Place. We have been in business for over 42 years and are committed to making you a satisfied customer.
6th
Schedule a start date
Let us know a date that works well for our renovation team to start. You will receive the renovation schedule well in advance so you know what will be happening each day. Custom cabinet delivery times vary, so it is always good to start the planning process a few months early.
7th
Construction Begins
Our team of highly skilled tradespeople will build your new space. Your designer becomes your project manager at this point and oversees all the contractors and visits the site each day to quality check and assure your vision is being achieved.
8th
Enjoy your new space!
All done! Your renovation is completed to your specifications and you can now get in there and use the space you dreamt of!
